I bought my first unit in may, later order for my mom and ordered another for me. Soft hair, no tangles, no shedding, the most beatiful and natural hair. I am very pleased with this company and I will stick with you guys.
I don't know how the company decide each delivery company will provide the delivery but I am so happy when Fedex is the choose one, 3 days and my unit was already on my hands, everytime DHL is the responsible company takes between 7-10 days to delivery.
Keep in mind:
If you are looking for fast delivery, a very helpful costumer service and a quality unit your search stops here. :)
* Must to say that my previous unit I use everyday already 3 months and still looks really good
