There are no words that can describe how amazed I was when I received this unit. True to length, super soft even after washing it and working out in until. She truly mimics african american hair in many ways. Even after I straightened the unit it looked like my actual hair. I didnt have to pluck at all. This is going to be my forever go to wig. Thanks to Max for assisting me in making so changes to my order before it was shipped.
