I loveeeee itttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hair is soft and came in great care. Bleached the knots AND washed the hair with no problem at all, hair is still very soft with very no shedding. Came with a slightly plucked hairline that I of course plucked just a little more to make a more natural look.
