My wig feels extremely soft ,I'm amazed because it came in box and I've ordered from other sellers and it's just a plastic bag.expected delivery was Friday but I got it on Wednesday after ordering over the weekend. I'll keep u updated after I install,I have no need to prewash it as its smell free
