As we all know, on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding, Meghan’s “messy bun” style was the look many brides will be clamoring for this season! Meghan’s hair has been a hot topic ever since she and Prince Harry became an item. She is known for being laid back so it’s no surprise that her hair reflects that as well. Her signature style is a messy bun, more often than not a perfectly messy chignon with her famous face framing tendrils and we love it!
Chic, Disheveled Wedding Look
Many people believed that Meghan would wear her hair down, however, she and celebrity stylist Serge Normant (stylist to the stars such as Blake Lively and Sarah Jessica Parker) decided to break royal protocol and stay true to her style by creating a perfectly chic messy bun. This style is incredibly simple yet utterly timeless. Serge revealed that this look took a mere 45 minutes to an hour and only required a few bobby pins. He simply blow dried Meghan’s hair, creating a middle part to accentuate the tiara, and wrapped her hair into a loose yet structured chignon. The duo decided to keep her tendrils tucked behind her ear to keep the look simple and elegant. Harry couldn’t keep his eyes off of his beautiful bride!
